Stephen F. Voigt, Esq. (Steve) has lived in Sarasota since 1958. With a law degree from Cumberland School of Law, he was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1974. While in law school, Steve served as President of his legal fraternity, Phi Alpha Delta and also was also elected to serve as the Law School Representative to the American Bar Association.
Steve has been active in the Sarasota community his entire life. He has served as Campaign Chairman for the March of Dimes, as well as a supporter of the Make A Wish Foundation and the American Cancer Society. He has served on the Executive Committee of the Siesta Key Chamber of Commerce for 11 years, is a member of the Realtors Association of Sarasota/Manatee and has served on the Joint Attorney/Realtor Committee on different occasions during his 43 years of practicing law. Having served as a member of the Executive Committee and as past President of the Suncoast Chapter of Mortgage Bankers Association, Steve has also been a speaker and conducted real estate seminars for numerous real estate offices as well as the Realtors Association of Sarasota/Manatee.
Taking a personal interest in his clients’ matters is something that sets Steve apart. His office is a transactional office specializing in real estate and business closings. The firm has closed thousands of real estate transactions and hundreds of business transactions during his law career. Steve is a former Commodore of the Field Club and currently serves as President of the Field Club Foundation. He enjoys spending time with his 12 grandchildren, 8 of whom live in Sarasota. His outside interests include golf, swimming, and cycling. He is an avid boater and enjoys traveling and cruising with his wife, Pat.
